Congratulations on renting a storage unit with us at Alpine Storage. As a family run, local business we appreciate your business and want your time with us to be smooth and easy. Here are a few things to know before you arrive on site.
Much of this information and so much more is in your welcome email, please be sure you received that email and review it for valuable tips and information.

Insurance
Private vs 3rd party

We require all tenants to have insurance on their storage unit.

• If you already have insurance that covers the items you are storing, you can provide proof of insurance to satisfy this requirement. Please note, we require proof of insurance sent any time the one we have on file expires.
• For your convenience, we have made a variety of levels of self storage insurance available to you through a third party provider. Once you are signed up for those, you don't' have to worry about proof of insurance ever again.

Locks

When you arrive on site, you will find our facility lock on the unit, this is ensure the unit is empty and clean when you arrive.

• You can use the tenant portal to access the combo(s). Click "Pay Now" above to access that portal.
• You do need to provide your own locks; however, we do have some available for purchase. We can leave those in your unit ahead of time or you can give us a call and we can sell you one out of our lockbox on site.

Lease information

Your lease is your best resource for any and all information about your rental. Access that document on the tenant portal if you ever want to review things like fees, facility requirements, and much more. Click "Pay Now" above to access that portal.
